Christmas In Seaton

Bringing the magic of Christmas to Seaton
Christmas is a special time of year in Seaton, and Seaton Chamber is proud to help bring festive cheer to our town, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors and local businesses to enjoy. Each year, we work hard to make Seaton sparkle, helping to transform our town centre and seafront with Christmas lights, beautiful festive trees and our much-loved Christmas light switch-on event.
Seaton's Christmas Light Switch-On
We organise Seaton's annual Christmas Light Switch-On, bringing the community together to celebrate the start of the festive season. It's a wonderful opportunity for residents and visitors to enjoy the festive atmosphere, support local businesses and get into the Christmas spirit.

Lighting Up Our Town
We help make Seaton shine by installing Christmas lights in areas of the town that aren't covered by council funding. This helps spread the festive sparkle beyond the main streets, bringing Christmas cheer to more of our community.
Christmas Trees Above Our Shops
Every Christmas, Seaton Chamber provides and arranges the installation of over 40 Christmas trees in holders above shops throughout the town centre. These traditional festive decorations help create a beautiful Christmas setting, making Seaton an inviting place to shop, stroll and enjoy everything our local businesses have to offer.

A Giant Christmas Tree by the Sea
One of Seaton's festive highlights is the giant illuminated Christmas tree at Fisherman's Gap roundabout on the seafront. Standing proudly beside the sea, it brings a magical festive touch to our beautiful coastal town and provides a wonderful seasonal welcome to residents and visitors alike.
Supporting Seaton This Christmas
Everything we do is about helping Seaton feel festive, welcoming and full of Christmas spirit, while encouraging people to visit the town and support our fantastic independent shops and businesses.
We are proud to play a part in making Christmas in Seaton special, helping our town shine brightly throughout the festive season.
